
If you spend most of your days (like us) moulding the future of view on demand, pondering the merits of existing linear broadcast stream, and how to meaningfully translate its vibrance and timeliness into web TV and such. Your going to need some decent nosebag. Preferably rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, to help your brain work out just what is it your going to do with all that metadata. Today yielded our second visit to the Scandinavian Kitchen, Great Titchfield St, in central London. Just the ticket to help you get to grips with that top secret project. Try a Smörgåsbord of Gravad lax, herring, rye bread, eggs & roe, (which is interesting if only to see the contrast between the eggs of different species) freshly prepared salads and all sorts of uncomplicated tasty wonders. Ostmodern were also enamoured of their logo, which more than a little resembled our open mouths as they were stuffed with Løgsild (Herring Pickled with onion, cloves and pepper).
